Privacy Policy for GridPath Sourcing
This policy explains how GridPath Sourcing handles information you submit while asking for factory quotations on steel warehouses, workshops, and hangars. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It does not run a public storefront, and it does not publish a street address or a telephone number because none is configured here.
What the form collects
The form asks for name, work email, phone, company, and a procurement requirement. Phone may be left blank. The requirement should describe the building: use, dimensions, project location, code jurisdiction, design loads if you know them, quantity, destination, delivery timing, and the scope of transport, foundation, installation, and utilities. With JavaScript enabled, optional fields can capture product interest, a target budget, currency, a per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference. Those optional notes are added to the requirement at submit time. They are not stored as separate backend fields by this template, and they are not written back into the box you typed.
If JavaScript is off, the optional notes are not added automatically. The page asks you to type the budget, the currency, the basis, and the preference inside the requirement itself. Either way, the desk reads one requirement text.
Why the desk reads it
The information is used to understand the building you want compared and to ask factories for quotations on that written basis. It may also be used to ask you a follow-up when a load, a door size, or a destination is missing. It is not used to publish a testimonial, a customer count, or a savings claim. GridPath Sourcing does not sell the brief as a marketing list.
What is not collected here
The site does not ask you to upload drawings through this form. If a supplier later needs a file, that exchange is arranged outside this page and should be described in the message. The site does not ask for payment card data. A budget figure is a planning note, not a payment. The site does not ask for a leadership roster of any third-party brand, and you should not paste personal data about people who are not part of your buying team.
How long it is kept and who sees it
The brief is kept long enough to request and compare quotations and to answer a follow-up about the same project. Access is limited to people coordinating that request and to factories asked to quote the scope you approved for sharing. A factory sees the technical requirement needed to price the system, not a request to supply another company’s branded building. You may ask the desk, through the same form, to stop using a brief that is no longer active. Say which project and which company name you used so the note can be found.
Browser storage on your own device may remember that a sourcing-support notice was first shown, and session storage may remember that you closed the notice bar. That storage is about the notice window. It is not the building brief. Closing the notice does not delete a form you already sent.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new text will be posted on this page. A brief sent under an older posting is handled under the posting that was visible when you sent it, unless a later message from you asks for a different handling. For a privacy question about a brief already sent, use the contact form and include the company name and the project facts you used the first time.
